Strawberries with Yogurt and Pistachios



In this quick-assembly dessert, Greek-style yogurt is a rich and tangy stand-in for whipped cream. If you can’t find Greek yogurt, follow the instructions for straining regular yogurt.

 

Ingredients :

 

1 large container (about 16 ounces) plain Greek-style yogurt (2 percent)

1 pound strawberries, hulled if desired

2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons honey

¼ cup unsalted roasted shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped

 

Method :

 

Divide yogurt and strawberries among four bowls. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with pistachios, and serve.
